Coffee Panna Cotta

Ingredients:
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup strong coffee
3/4 cup cream
25g sugar
2 gelatin leaves/ 2 teaspoons of gelatin powder
Steps:
Prepare 4 ramekins/dish by rinsing with cold water
Add sugar, milk, cream and strong coffee into a saucepan and let it simmer until all the sugar has been dissolved. Stir regularly.
Soak 2 gelatin leaves in water for 20 seconds
Remove gelatin leaves from the water and squeeze all the excess water
Remove the saucepan from the stove and add the gelatin leaves and stir continuously until all the gelatin is fully dissolved. (Ensure that the milk mixture is not boiling when you add the gelatin leaves)
Sieve the mixture to remove any possible lumps
Divide the mixture to 4 ramekins and leave it in the fridge to chill overnight
When serving, run a knife around the edge and soak the ramekin in warm water for a minute
Place a serving plate on top of the ramekin and flip it over quickly
Remove the ramekin and add any garnish you would like to go with your Panna Cotta.
